Our role as leasing agents is to identify and to lease to the appropriate tenants who will attract  customers and compete favorably in the trade area.  Our expertise is our knowledge of trends in the industry and tenant needs and concerns, at a local and national level. 

We are particularly adept at leasing to local retailers. Our experience includes leasing to national and local tenants, specialty retailers, theatres, cultural centers as well as eating and drinking concepts from restaurants to cafes and coffee houses.

We lease space as part of a team or as exclusive brokers. We work on individual stores, neighborhood centers, downtowns and shopping centers. We can lease the entire project or just assist with the first leases or find the right tenant for the a hard to rent space in the back of a project.

Thorne’s Marketplace

THA’s most recent retail center leasing is for Thorne’s Marketplace, an urban market in located in an historic building in Northampton, MA. Working closely with the building owners, THA provided guidance on design and branding, architect selection, leasing documents, marketing, merchandising, and leasing. For Thorne’s we are selecting the most exciting independent owner-operated stores. THA recently leased space to Monella, a fashion apparel retailer from Harvard Square.
